Do your current doors have dated hardware and lock sets?  We can swap out door hardware and lock sets to bring your doors up to date. This often saves you money versus installing a brand new door.  We will work with you to determine what you need and within your budget.

Flooring

Are you tired of your current flooring?  Do you want to remove carpet and install laminate flooring or tile?  We have you covered and will work with you to choose the best flooring for your needs.

BaseBoards/Trim

Are your current baseboards dated, dented, scratched or tired looking.  Do you have rooms, doors or windows missing trim? Sometimes just a coat of fresh paint and re-caulking will do the trick.  Other times a brand new installation is what you need.  We specialize in freshening up old trim as well as the installation of new trim throughout your house or business.

custom mantels

We can install prefabricated mantels or build and design a custom mantel to showcase in your home.

A leaky faucet or old toilet can waste a lot of time and energy for any residence or business.  Many older faucets not only lose their luster but often leak.  Are your current plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilet paper holder, towel bars) dated?  Is your faucet leaking into your cabinets or vanity below?  We can make those leaks go away and prevent any further damage.  If the damage is already done, we can fix that as well.  We can also update your bathroom fixtures.

Is the flooring near the base of your toilet stained or swollen?  Often, older toilets have failing/leaking wax rings as well as failing internal tank parts.  We can take care of those problems and save you money.
